This cookbook contains the most representative dishes (starters, main courses and desserts) of the Andalusian town of Jerez (The land of Sherry). The recipes are written in an enjoyable way, simple and easy to understand and to elaborate even by the most inexperienced and beginner chefs, since one of our intentions was to bring closer and show these easy to make dishes to foreign audiences and, at the same time, to improve learning and understanding of the English language among students of English language as a foreign language.
